Orange County Black History Parade and Cultural Faire Committee (OCBHPF)

The 28th Annual Black History Parade and Faire is made possible by donations of money, time and talent of people like you. This is a county-wide event and thus private support is needed so that the tax payers of Santa Ana are not burden with the cost.
